With game development becoming accessible to more people, places like the Unity and Unreal asset stores have become popular places for independent developers to source materials for their projects. While there are a decent amount of sound packs available on these platforms, many of the higher-quality libraries aren’t priced very accessibly to those just starting out. On top of that, there aren’t very many that center around “cute” sounds.

After realizing this, I decided it would be nice to create an “all-in-one” pack since many people out there want to create cozy games but might have trouble sourcing for a variety of audio needs. The pack is and always will be free, and I intend to add new volumes to it in the future—so it actually becomes an “all-in-one” collection. It currently includes over 175 48kHz-24bit wave files that cover a few different areas, all recordings done by me:

  • Cassette Players

  • Typewriters

  • Food & Drink

  • Zippers

  • User Interface

  • Mechanical Clicks

You can find a download link on the right, and a version of it is also available as part of The SFX Swaps free SFX pack for new subscribers & in one of Basehead’s free cloud packs.
